01. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Reflow Reader or the Reflow Converter (collectively, the "Reflow Suite"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.
02. Software License & Purpose
Reflow Suite is free and open-source software provided for personal, non-commercial reading and document reflowing. You retain complete ownership of all books, annotations, and personal files that you import, read, or convert using the software.
03. User Content & Copyright Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary legal rights, permissions, and copyright ownership for any files (such as EPUBs or PDFs) that you import, reflow, convert, or synchronize through third-party services. Reflow does not distribute copyrighted literary material.
04. Third-Party Services & Cloud Providers
Optional integrations (such as Google Drive synchronization, OpenAI TTS, Google Gemini, or ElevenLabs speech synthesis) are subject to the terms and privacy practices of those respective third-party service providers. Reflow Suite assumes no liability for changes in third-party API availability, quota limits, or outages.
05. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
